All you need it to get a really funny (or unpleasant) image. You will need to locate it in Safari, press and hold the picture, and tap Save Image. Then, proceed to the Wallpaper option inside the Settings menu and choose the photo you just took.
Last of all, a totally wonderful prank is displaying a fake screenshot of their background (with apps and all) and then locking the device. Once the victim unlocks their phone, they will be puzzled as to why their apps aren't working. The downside to this prank is that whenever a user taps, usually some bar will get displayed, so the trick will lose its magic pretty quickly.
Having said that, there are a few apps that fix this problem and offer a number of other excellent pranks and tricks.
